Want to cook a quick and easy pasta meal that will make about 10-12 servings? Want it to be easy? Just mix the ingredients and bake.
Ingredients:
16 oz Box of noodles
24 oz Jar of sauce(pizza or alfredo)
2 bags of shredded mozzarella
2 packs of provolone cheese(use to make layers)
Oregano
1-1.5 lb of meat
1 cup Parmesan

Instructions:
1. Cook noodles for 7 min let sit in water for 5 then strain and rinse add to mix bowl. *Noodles do not have to be fully cooked.
2. Cook meat in pan medium heat remove grease add to mix bowl
3. Add jar of sauce, stir until all noodles and meat is covered.
4. Add parmesan, sour cream, 1 bag of shredded mozzarella and a few dashes of oregano still until well mixed. *No clumps!
5. Fill baking pan half way up then add layer of provolone cheese, the thicker the better. Add the rest of mixture and add top layer of provolone cheese then sprinkle parmesan as needed.
6. Bake for 40 min at 350 covered if possible.(**Bake times and temps will vary by oven. Watch your oven around the 25-30min time to make sure it doesnt burn the top. If it starts to brown thats fine turn the oven off and let the residual heat continue to cook through it. For a guy I would recommend a toaster oven. It saves energy and the timer will save you from burning stuff. )
