 What is the gear from The Terminal List? 

The Terminal List is a show about a Navy Seal(Chris Pratt) who hunts down the people that planned and killed his team and his family.  
He uses a lot different gear in the show, and I am sure some of you have the same questions that I did. 

What were the glasses he was wearing in The Terminal List?

Gatorz Milspec Ballistic

The shades can be seen in various episodes.  These are identified by the distinctive logo on the side. They are ANSI Z87.1 which means they can stop some forms of shrapnel and are blacked out as to not interfere with any uniform regulations.  They are all black wrap around shades. 

What was the secure phone used in The Terminal List?

While the Cryptex phone does not exist the Threema messaging app does. There were two types both were Mechanix but in different colors. 

What was the briefcase used in The Terminal List?

The briefcase along with many other cases was made by Pelican.  The briefcase in particular was the Pelican 1495.  Pelican cases are expensive.  If you want a cheaper yet just as tough alternative checkout Apache cases.  

What was the compass used in The Terminal List?

The compass used in episode 4 "Detachment" during the planning phase was a Sunto Tandem.  It allows for direction and inclines.  The Tandem is not a basic compass. It is more for surveyors and not something you would use for hiking.  If you want something for navigating then try the Sunto A-10. 

What was the chest pack used in The Terminal List?

I couldnt find the exact chest pack, but I was able to find what appears to be a decent alternative.  

What was the battle the Jai Courtneys character Steven Horn talked about?

The WW1 Battle of Messines that took place in June 1917. The link has more details and videos to watch.
