Windows 10 is stealing your bandwidth, and how to stop it

Comcast has been charging people for internet usage overages for some time now.  Some of that usage could be due to your operating system acting as a torrent node for Microsoft.  If you have been experiencing unexplained video buffering or gaming lag Windows 10 could be the problem.  But there is an easy fix.  It is hidden, but easy.  Check out the video to see how cut back unwanted operating system bandwidth usage.
