Battle Belt / War Belt setup

A "battle belt" and a "war belt" are the same thing.  They are a way of shifting gear(weight) off of your chest kit which focuses pressure on the shoulders and moving it to the hips.  The concept appears to be an evolution of the "duty belt" from policing to war fighting mixed with a dash of Batmans utility belt.  The military used "Load Bearing Equipment"(LBE) for decades which included gear on a belt, but there wasnt a good way to attach pouches to various pieces of equipment until 1997 when the US Army's Natick Labs invented the MOLLE system.  Molle didnt take off until 2001 when the Army had the funds to start replacing pretty much all of their Vietnam era gear.  By 2003 MOLLE would be on all newly issued vests.  Civilian gear makers would eventually start making gear that would adhere to the standard and the market today is dominated by the system.
It is hard to tell when the first battle belt came to being, but it was done most likely by request from someone tired of rigging up attachments to their belt.

This will be a budget build.  The battle belt will be basic and various things can be added or subtracted for individual use.  The key to making effective kit is keeping it simple and light.  The less clutter on the belt the more comfortable and usable it will be. This build will focus around a rifle build, but will also include some sidearm options that can be added later.

The first piece is the belt.  Any belt will do, but you want something that can be easily buckled.  You can always get a belt later if needed if you have a normal belt currently.

The next piece is the battle belt.  This is the slim version.  You dont need a lot of vertical molle.  A slim belt will help with agility and comfort in the long term.

There are 2 popular types of quick draw magazine retention systems. The taco and sleeve(speed)
The taco system appears to be more durable(pictured below).

I would also add a dump pouch. A dump pouch is a pouch that is collapsed and can expand to hold partial mags for later use.  There are many different kinds, but you will want an collapsible storage solution in the range.  They super cheap.

The next piece you need is an IFAK(Individual First Aid Kit) because you are working with weapons.  An IFAK doesnt have to be large.  It just needs to stop the bleeding from a wound.  There is no point in carrying a lot of gear you do not know how to properly use.  Having that extra gear in a bag is fine if you know people that can use it.  If you have one then use it. If not here are a few pieces to get you started.

Pouch I like the rip-away design because the pouch is typically placed at the back because it is not frequently accessed, but when you need it it is easier to have in front of you.

A pouch isnt super useful unless you have stuff in it.  Remember, this is a starting point, and you can add what you need as you grow.  Here is a good budget friendly starter kit and another option(includes shears).  The key here is it has a tourniquet. Learn to use it!   Add an optional Israeli bandage.

As for the sidearm these are just suggestions and are dependent on the the situation and users preference.

Safariland Mid-ride This will give you enough drop to clear the molle portion for a quick and clean draw. I do not advise drop legs because they tend to flop when running.  If your sidearm moves then if can affect your draw.

Quick Lock system If you have multiple sidearms you switch out this would make the swapping much easier.

The actual holster will vary based on your sidearm. From there you can either do a friction kydex holster or a locking system like Safarilands ALS.  The options depend on the application. When in doubt use the combat option.

If you are going for pure speed then a quality(ability to adjust tension) kydex holster is the way to go.
If you are looking at a more combat oriented role then the ALS Safariland offers is a solid choice.

You will also need magazines for your sidearm.  Once again I would go with the taco for durability.

If you want some tips on how to setup a belt then check this out:

I hope this helped you on your search for effective gear.  If there is anything you think should be added then comment on the FB page or here.

What is time?

This is cringe worthy and a meme. :D

No, not the useless magazine.
What is time then?
Does time exist?
How long has time existed?

Spoiler Alert: Time DOESNT exist; it is an illusion.  Time is like temperature.  Humans have developed instruments to measure it, but temperature doesnt exist; it is an illusion.  Get it?  Did I just wreck Einstein's theory of relativity?

We put a lot of emphasis on time because we are mortal.  We have a finite TIME to get things done.  But everyone's time is different.  If my time was broken up into sections it wouldnt match your time.  This was an issue in history because time was based on a kings life, but time was different in every kingdom.  Until the Seleucid's began counting time on a continual basis.  Ancient time is hard to synchronize because of that issue.  Would we emphasize time if we were immortal?

theme song here

The working mechanism of time is outside our dimension. Scientist seem to be awakening to the idea that we are only able to experience some of the dimensions that exist. You may have heard that life is an illusion or seen the Matrix those are conceptually based on the idea of a multidimensional universe. But we cant just wake up in another dimension. We cant exist there as we are. Like a 2D drawing would need an additional dimensions to exist in 3D and would need to be re-rendered in order to exist. Could you imagine the work required to take it into 10 other dimensions?

No human will develop a "time machine". Time travel is possible, BUT it would require an entity outside of our dimension. We lack the ability to fully understand these concepts so navigating them or even accessing them is impossible. However, experiencing them might be possible with extra-dimensional influence.
Time travel(assuming we could) would be like asking a 1st grade class to construct a Mars rover that accurately lands at coordinates near the current rover. Just getting the rover there would be greatest accomplishment.
How do we measure time?
Time is largely measured by rotations around a star we call the sun.   One rotation around the sun is called a year.  We break up those years with celestial events like equinoxes and solstices.  A year is broken down and broken down and broken down until TODAY we have seconds that are measured by electricity passing through a piece of quartz.  How many seconds were there before electricity?  When did a minute start to be a thing?
As we advanced in technology time gained smaller and smaller segments and time was more and more important on a smaller scale.  How mad do you get when you have to wait in line at a drive-thru for 5 WHOLE MINUTES?

I cant prove this to you any further, and it cant really be disproven either.  Time is just a crutch us mortals use to attempt to understand the things we will never be able to...

How to stop google tracking on your phone and be more anonymous

How to make your phone more anonymous

This guide will deal only with Android based apps and operating systems. If you have an Apple product then you are on your own...along with Apple and China.
Why is kicking out big tech an issue if you have nothing to hide? Glenn Greenwald had an interesting take on it in a TED talk.
“I always say the same thing to them. I write down my email address and I say, ‘Email me the passwords to all of your email accounts. I want to read what I want to read and publish whatever I find interesting. After all, if you’re not a bad person, you should have nothing to hide.”
Then we have the head of Google Schmidt saying stuff like,
“If you are doing something that you dont want people to know then maybe you shouldnt be doing it in the first place.”
THE HEAD OF GOOGLE… Schmidt RESTRICTS his employees from talking to press, but tells you to not worry about what his company knows about YOU. The most recent Google whistle blower(Vorhies) confirms the type of stuff “conspiracy nuts” have been warning about for years.
Zuckerberg bought his house and all four adjacent houses for PRIVACY. Have you read the Facebook TOS lately? FacebookMessenger censors your PRIVATE messages and has been doingit for years.
Why else?
Apple and Google have sold out to China. China is using a “social credit score” to restrict the Chinese from traveling and using the basic monetary system. Facebook is establishing its own Supreme Court for content AND its own crypto-currency. They are setting up their globalist technocracy right under our noses.

Operating system:
There are a few secure options available. Graphene, Lineage, and Copperhead Graphene OS  is by far the most widely used system because it works on the majority of phones. Copperhead is primarily for Nexus and Pixels and more of a corporate option. Lineage appears to have the most phone options. The Pixel 3a(<--You would need this specific model) is currently the best option to use with Lineage.  On Graphene the Pixel 4a is currently the best option.  Not because it is the newest, but because it has a better track record than the other Pixels, an amazing camera and it is priced right.  Graphene is also recommended by Michael Bazzell.

Apps:
What apps can you use that to replace Google services? I will make a list of things that I have found to be useful, and you can use the “Ctrl+F” search of the page or “find on page” option on mobile to replace your particular app. Some of the apps can be obtained on the Google app store, but I highly recommend getting them from the F-droid store, but if you want try them out then get them on the G app store.

Chrome/ Browser – Brave (Tor Browser for increased online anonymity, much slower)
Podcasts – AntennaPod
Messenger – Signal (works on Iphone too)
YouTube – NewPipe(F Droid) or LBRY
Gmail – ProtonMail (works on Iphone too)
RSS Reader(news) – Feeder(F Droid)
Google Keep(notes) Notepad(F Droid)
Media(audio/Video) Player - VLC
Google Maps – OSMand(This one will be rough. You will need to know the actual address and lose features like near me or searching by business names(lookup addresses on web. Ever wonder why websites have store locators still?), but actual navigation is really good. Small price?)
Orbot is a app to use that can send the apps traffic(you might like but cant find an alternative) thru the Tot network and act as a VPN for your data.

Level 1:
Are you ready to become a google ghost? It might seem like a lot of info and stuff to think about. Just remember, the longest journeys starts with a single step, or three in this case. So lets start with a browser that kicks google, ads and invasive cookies out.
Brave – Has a simple import function and can even be synced with a desktop build(dont forget to get the desktop version) like Chrome, but that kinda defeats the point, right? Here is the key. Make sure to change the search engine to “DuckDuckGo” instead of Google. Google has been caught manipulating search results aside from paid results but in general to change subconscious perception of ideas they dont agree with and the most damaging being voting.

Then lets switch over to a messenger app that doesnt leave a copy on the google server and uses end to end encryption(assuming the receiver has the app as well, SPREAD THE WORD!).
Signal - When you switch over to Signal as default messenger then it will delete all the texts on your previous default messenger. Make sure there arent any old messages you need(screencap any needed) then make it default. Make sure to get your friends to switch because it can only end to end encrypt if they are using signal as well! SPREAD THE WORD! Share this article. I wrote this because there isnt a good comprehensive start point for this type of move.

Over time slowly migrate your emails that come in to the new email that doesnt read your contents and keeps the traffic encrypted.
ProtonMail – Google can find out tons about you by monitoring your online purchases and basic metadata. Also, with this make sure to delete any old unused accounts especially ones you have made purchases with(Have a Redbox account out there?). Security breaches are becoming more and more frequent. It is a good time to cut those loose ends.

Those three steps are simple and painless(well except the email). Try them! “People who dont move wont notice their chains.” -Unknown

If you find this info interesting and would like to learn about ISMI Catchersand cell tower spoofing. Signal and Orbot utilize encryption that can prevent the data ISMIs intercept from being decrypted. The switch has a two fold affect.

What is the next step? Are you ready for Level 2?

What is an ISMI Catcher(Stingray)

What is an ISMI Catcher, and how can it affect me?

What is an ISMI Catcher?
An ISMI Catcher is International Mobile Subscriber Identity-catcher most commonly referred to as the model name of “Stingray”. Here is a leaked user manual.

Well what is am ISMI?
An ISMI is a number that can be used to identify you. The ISMI Catcher can also be used to find your phones IMEI which tells the ISMI Catcher exactly what phone you are using and what kind of chipsets it has which lets them know what vulnerabilities your phone is susceptible to.
This doesnt happen around me…right? According to the ACLU its all over the US and down to the LOCAL POLICE LEVEL and of course your alphabet agencies who of course claim they dont need a warrant if you are in public.
Ya, but they wouldnt use it on ME...right? There is the big privacy rights issue regarding this. They cant target individuals with this technology. If they use it in an area that they deem necessary they collect on EVERYBODY. Say you go to a gathering and a domestic terror group like BLM is there. The fuzz flips one of these on and your traffic is compromised too. All traffic within the range of the device(usually in a large SUV) is collected and sorted through.

Other uses include but are not limited to:
- Driving around looking for a specific ISMI to serve a warrant(they are using them with AIRPLANES).
- Scanning at protests to ID participants
- Looking for stolen mobiles
- Confirming a targets location prior to “direct action”
- Location tracking within 20 meters.

ISMI Catchers have two basic modes.
Passive Mode: is the most common and the hardest to detect. Basically, it turns all your phone traffic into a radio station they can tune into. What you are saying on voice, what you are texting or what you are looking at on the internet(this is where my simple increased encryption layers article is useful). THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME!

Active Mode: is a bit more difficult and can take control of your phone. Taking control of a phone usually requires an entry point. So you might get a weird text with a link in it and when you click it nothing will happen or you go check the info it says and it is inaccurate that would be the entry point. Law enforcement(even at the fed level) is unlikely to do this. Active mode is more of a criminal act or CIA/NSA level of involvement.

How do you know if your phone is affected?
Here are a few simple tests that MIGHT mean your are being snooped.

-Phone warms up when not in use(Could also be updates. Dont freak out.)
-Battery drains faster than normal
-Degraded data – CURRENTLY, It is almost impossible for hackers to pull data out of your phone in LTE aside from get your IMSI and gps coordinates(tracking).
-Degraded voice
-No 911 service
-If you send a text the receiver gets it from a number(4 digits or so) other than yours(good way to test)

From my research in going thru hours of black hat hackers talking about how to hack with these devices, it appears that 4G needs to be downgraded in order to get into. One thing to look for is loss of 4G when it really shouldnt be gone and it doesnt come back regardless of moving location. The attack sends a signal to your phone which tells it that there is an issue with the network and only 2G is available. When this happens your phone will not go back into 4G with out a restart. When was the last time you restarted your phone? Another issue with the ISMI Catchers is they read the data because it isnt encrypted. Using end to end encryption apps for things like calls and texts and general phone traffic is pretty simple. It also ties into stopping Google from spying on your phone(<--article HIGHLY recommended) and becoming a google ghost. The transition is seamless.

You can also get apps to help you detect these devices, but their effectiveness is debatable because the technology is constantly evolving and require
s you to pay attention and take action. But the apps could be useful in certain large cities where they might get used frequently(DC, Chicago, Boston, NYC, ect… Check out the links to take the red pill). I would like someone at a Portland(pretty sure they use them there) style rally to test the software to see how effective it is.

Apps:
AISMICD – (only available thru side loading) Not Recommended.
SnoopSnitch – on Gplay but limited without root and Qualcomm chipset. If you dont know what those are dont bother downloading. Not recommended.
CellSpy Catcher – Seems to be the easiest, Try this one.

How the app works is you would need to detect anomalies in towers. After some time you would need to compare the data against known data and the app would be able to recognize anomalies in cell towers strength based on location(they can mimic towers) and new unknown towers that might pop up on a regular root.

Ok, but only the good guys have these cuz they are illegal...right?
LOL, really? Anyone with a little bit of cash and know how from spoofing rings to foreign spies and you can even make one at home or really build one.

How could I get around it?
A Faraday cage blocks electromagnetic signals aside from light. It is kind of like a shield on a space ship common in scifi movies. The enemy fires a colorful ball at the ship and the ball hits the shield and is dispersed around the ship. Aside from the excessive camera shaking that is generally how it works. The only real difference is that the shield works both ways. Nothing goes in and nothing comes out. No return fire. So this is best when you are sleeping or traveling to a location incognito.
Home Faraday cage options:

DIY fabric if you want to build a portable option.

Ignorance is bliss, huh? You dont realize what is happening around you until you start seeing it. It is kind of like in a movie when a character does odd things then information is revealed later that explains their odd behavior. Are you ready to do something about it? Take a step toward breakingfree from these basic rights violations by the government and thetech industry.
